White Sands hosts One Day Meditation Retreats several times throughout the year. Lasting approximately 6 hours, the day is filled with several forms of silent meditation and movement. Description
Conducted by Su Co Nguyen An, our Meditation Retreats provide the opportunity to reset and refresh your mind and body. Several forms of silent meditation are conducted including sitting and walking meditation, sessions of silent movement and dining in mindfulness. In the afternoon we break our quietude and convene for a tea ceremony, music and sharing.
Seating is limited to 40 participants and pre-registration is required by emailing Carol at: whitesandsdharmaflower@gmail.com or submitting the registration form on this page.
