Description
Learn the art of meditation. These one hour classes take place on the first Friday of every month and are open to the public. The class takes place inside the Meditation Hall and is led by resident Monk Dharma Sun.
Reservations required. Call Dharma Sun at 407-832-5228 to reserve your seat.
Please note: shoulders and legs need to be covered while in the Meditation Hall.
